Do you do custom sizes?
Yes — our local jewellers can resize your ring to any size you need for an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements and ensure the perfect fit!

We offer free standard Australia Post shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

What is your refund policy?
At Silverness, your satisfaction is our priority.
Exchange (Change of Mind):
If you change your mind (for example, ordered the wrong size or want a different design), you can exchange your item within 30 days of dispatch, as long as it’s unworn and in new condition. Return postage for exchanges is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty Items:
All our products are quality-checked before they leave us. If you receive a faulty item, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you — and we’ll cover the return shipping.
