Here at Silverness, we’re committed to providing excellent service to all our customers. If there’s a problem with your purchase, we pride ourselves on being available to resolve issues immediately. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another product due to a change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size or prefer a different design), you may do so within 30 days of dispatch. The item must be unworn and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage for all exchange items.
Refund / Exchange
At Silverness, we take pride in the quality of our products. All items are carefully checked before dispatch. If you receive a faulty item (e.g., manufacturing defect), we will fulfill our statutory obligations to provide a remedy by:
- Repairing the product within a reasonable time
- Offering a replacement that is identical or of similar value
- Issuing a refund
Shipping costs for returns due to faulty items will be covered by us
However, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so we encourage you to choose carefully.
